EUROPEAN PARTNERSHIP

The GENCareSim module is a 4-week, simulation-based educational programme designed for healthcare professionals involved in survivorship care for patients with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (HBOC) and Lynch syndrome. It integrates personalised medicine into real-world clinical decision-making through interactive scenarios, focusing on molecular diagnostics, risk communication, and interdisciplinary coordination. Learners engage with branching video simulations, quizzes, and reflective exercises to build competencies in surveillance planning, ethical communication, and care collaboration. The module aims to address gaps in genomic literacy and survivorship training across Europe, aligning with EP PerMed’s strategy for equitable, personalised oncology care.
