This EP PerMed project database currently lists transnational research and innovation projects in personalised medicine funded by EP PerMed (27 consortia comprising 153 partners under the Joint Transnational Call, JTC2024) and the predecessor ERA PerMed (111 consortia comprising 597 partners, JTC2018-JTC2022).
Database explanations
Map & Tooltips
Countries are coloured according to the number of projects funded. For each country, the tooltip provides information on the number of projects, the number of research and innovation organisations involved in the projects, the number of calls (under which the projects were funded) and the number of funders involved. If no funders are indicated, the organisations are participating with own funding.
The map updates instantly as you filter. Colours are calculated using the maximum number of projects in relation to the filters set.
Filters
When a filter is selected, the list of projects and map are updated instantly. In addition, the options within the other filters are reduced on the basis of the selected filter.
The set filters are appended as parameters to the URL of the database, e.g. https://www.eppermed.eu/funding-projects/projects-results/project-database/?calls=EP+PerMed+JTC2024. The currently set filters can be shared with others by simply copying and pasting the URL.
Table
The table is sorted by the start date of the projects, with the most recently started projects at the top. If there is no start date, the projects have not yet started. As future projects, they appear at the top of the project list. The table can be sorted individually by clicking on a column header.
Project Data
The data was provided by the coordinators directly to EP PerMed or ERA PerMed.
The Health Categories are derived from the WHO standards.
The Research Activity Codes are modelled on the structure of the Common Scientific Outline, a cancer research specific classification system developed by the International Cancer Research Partnership (ICRP).
