Call objectives
To bring together diverse stakeholders to tackle translational challenges in personalised medicine, thereby facilitating the acceleration of integration of research findings into everyday clinical practice.
To maximise the impact of prior investments in the framework of ERA PerMed/EP PerMed by building on the results of previously funded consortia, fostering deeper collaboration and inter-consortium synergy.
Who can apply
Researchers from previously funded projects in ERA PerMed and EP PerMed.
Projects must engage a key translational stakeholder who brings expertise on advancing personalised medicine towards clinical application
Provisional timeline
May-June 2025: Call launch and opening of the application system
1 July 2025: Information Day for potential applicants
29 September 2025: Deadline for submission of applications
