The IMPL‑EDIT project aims to implement a validated personalised medicine approach in psychiatry by transferring the myEDIT‑B blood test from France to Spain and integrating it into routine clinical care. Its objective is to support psychiatrists in accurately distinguishing between depression and bipolar disorder using biological biomarkers alongside clinical data, thereby reducing diagnostic uncertainty and delay. Through structured training, pilot testing, and real‑world evaluation in ITA Clinics, the project seeks to build institutional capacity and embed the test into standard diagnostic workflows. The overall goal of the partnership is to improve patient outcomes through earlier and more precise treatment decisions while demonstrating the feasibility of scaling precision psychiatry solutions across healthcare systems.
