EP PerMed will launch the Fast Track Programme 2026 on 2 December 2025, offering targeted support to accelerate the validation and adoption of innovative personalised medicine solutions. The programme helps early-stage innovations progress by at least one Technology Readiness Level through dedicated validation studies carried out together with specialised European validation centres.

What the Call Is About
The Fast Track Programme provides:
- Lump Sum Funding of up to €80,000 per project (total call budget €400,000)
- At least 70% of the budget dedicated to validation services
- A 6-month validation project carried out jointly by the applicant and a selected validation centre
The programme aims to strengthen evidence generation, support regulatory preparedness, and accelerate the route to market for promising personalised medicine solutions.
Who Can Apply
Eligible applicants include:
- Incorporated start-ups, or
- Small teams/researchers from academic or healthcare research organisations, intending to spin out a start-up
- Applicants must be based in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country, and solutions must be at least TRL 3 and aligned with the EP PerMed definition of personalised medicine.
