Call for Tender on Surveys 2026 - Assessment and Analysis of Genetic Testing

EP PerMed launches its first Call for Tender on Surveys and invites suitable stakeholders to apply. The topic of the tender is the assessment and analysis of genetic testing related to Personalised Medicine Approaches for different countries and health systems.

Joint ICPerMed and EP PerMed Conference – Recordings and Slides available

EP PerMed and the International Consortium for Personalised Medicine (ICPerMed) jointly organised a conference on the achievements in personalised medicine in the last decade on 26 and 27 November 2025 in Prague, Czech Republic. The slides and recordings of the live stream are now available.

EP PerMed JTC2026 Information Day – Recording & Slides available

With the JTC2026, EP PerMed will fund research projects in human health on innovative personalised medicine strategies for patients with cardiovascular, metabolic or kidney diseases. On 16 December 2025, the research community was introduced to the JTC2026 during an information day that attracted more than 500 participants. The recording and slides are now available.

As part of its mapping activities, EP PerMed has compiled a comprehensive list of European research infrastructures, as well as research and innovation projects and initiatives related to personalised medicine.

Venture Creator Final Event in Barcelona

The EP PerMed Venture Creator Programme successfully concluded its 2024 edition with an in-person final event held on 2 December 2025 in Barcelona, followed by the participation of the teams at Health Tech Forward on 3-4 December. The three-day programme brought together early-stage innovators, mentors, investors, and partners committed to advancing personalised medicine solutions across Europe.

Call Announcement: Twinning Call 2026

The Twinning Call 2026 is designed to accelerate the implementation of personalised medicine (PM) solutions or approaches from one country to another through peer-to-peer exchanges. This call offers up to 50,000 EUR to activities that facilitate the exchange of solutions or approaches in personalised medicine and build up the capacities and capabilities of one or both participating parties. Twinning partnerships should last between 6 and 12 months.

On 04 December, EP PerMed hostes a webinar aimed at inspiring potential applicants for the Research, Innovation and Technology Call for Proposals (RITC) 2026 ‘Test and Demonstration of Multimodal Data Approaches for Personalised Medicine (MultiPMData2026)’. Recordings are now available.

Call Announcement: Fast Track Validation Programme 2026

The EP PerMed Fast Track Programme 2026 offers targeted support to accelerate the validation and adoption of innovative personalised medicine solutions. The programme helps early-stage innovations progress by at least one Technology Readiness Level through dedicated validation studies carried out together with specialised European validation centres.

EP PerMed in-situ Visit at the Center for Precision Medicine in Brno

EP PerMed organised an in-suto visit to the Center for Precision Medicine of the University Brno (Czech Republic) on 27 and 28 November 2025, back-to-back with the first joint ICPerMed and EP PerMed Conference in Prague. Through discussion and the exchange of best practice examples in personalised medicine, this visits foster the development of personalised medicine and inspire other centres and initiatives by showcasing successful implementation examples.

The PRECISEU project invites stakeholders to participate in the second edition of the PRECISEU Best Practice Recognition. The program honors outstanding achievements, innovative approaches, and exemplary concepts in use of health data for public health improvement or healthcare delivery and are innovative in the fields of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATPMs).

ERA4Health Survey on perceived Gaps in Treatment, Diagnosis, Research, and Implementation with several Disease Groups

The ERA4Health Partnership is currently conducting a survey to gather the views of stakeholders on the burden of various disease groups in the European Union, as well as on the perceived gaps in treatment, diagnostics, research and implementation measures for these diseases.
